Setting Up Your City Utilities Online Account

Please Note: An online account is optional and allows you to pay your bill, view usage history, and more. Your email address must be on file before registration. If you’ve paid online before, your email may already be registered.

To add or update your email address, call the City Utilities Billing Office at (260) 356-3220.

  • Click the "Pay City Utilities Bill" button above, then select "Register here."
  • Create a unique username and password by following the prompts.
  • Enter your service address exactly as shown on your bill (e.g., 300 Cherry St, no period, do not write "Street").

General Information

Our goal at the City Utilities Department is to provide fast, accurate, and courteous service. Services include:

  • New service connections, transfers, or terminations of water and sewer service.
  • Trash & Recycling services are automatically set up for new residential customers.
  • View collection schedules here .
  • Questions? Call City Services at (260) 356-4720.
  • Meter repair or replacement
  • Investigation of water service problems
  • Water main maintenance and repair
  • Fire hydrant installation, replacement, and repair
  • Meter reading
  • Monthly and annual water quality reports

To request a new service connection, a permit is required. Permits are available at the Engineer’s Office, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Visit the Engineer’s or Clerk's page for permit fees and City ordinances (Chapter 50: Water Service).

  • Water Billing Office: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Mon – Fri)
