Parks & Recreation
Welcome to the Huntington Parks & Recreation Department
Enjoy our parks in any season.
Our goal is to develop and maintain excellence in our parks while conserving the environment and promoting health and well-being through recreational programs for Huntington residents.
Huntington’s park system includes the historic Sunken Gardens, the Terry R. Abbett Splash Park, Memorial Hills Disc Golf Course, Hayes-Lemmerz Skate Park, the new Evergreen Park Arboretum, and more. Our growing trail network offers opportunities to bike, walk, or run while enjoying scenic views of Huntington. Use the sections below to explore a wide variety of sports, recreational, and educational programs.
