Appeals

Every taxpayer has the right to appeal their property assessment.

When filing an appeal the taxpayer must use the Form 130, and a separate petition form for each parcel. (Effective July 1, 2017). Forms available at http://www.in.gov/dlgf/8516.htm.

Form 11s (Notice of Assessment of Land & Improvements) for January 1, 2022 were mailed by March 31, 2022 to all taxpayers. The deadline to file an appeal is June 15, 2022.
