Property Tax Payment Options


2023 property tax payments are due on May 10 and November 13.
Advanced payments are accepted prior to taxes being set for your convenience.

Credit Card, Debit Card or E-Check

Credit card, debit card or e-check payments can be made by calling (877) 690-3729 (use jurisdiction code 2421). Fees may apply.

Online Payments

Online payments can be made on the Beacon/GIS website. Click here to open the Beacon/GIS site, then search by your name and/or address to find your property. After selecting your property, click on the "Pay taxes online" button and follow the instructions provided. Fees may apply.
  • If you are using a browser with a pop-up blocker, you may need to disable it or allow pop-ups from Beacon/GIS in order to access the online payment option.

Payments by Mail

Payments may be mailed as long as they are postmarked by the appropriate deadline. Please write your phone number on the check and send to:

Payments In-Person

Many local banks accept payments with the proper tax statement. Please write your phone number on the check. Delinquent taxes cannot be paid at the bank. Banks accepting payments are as follows:
  • Bippus State Bank.
  • First Farmers Bank & Trust.
  • First Federal Savings Bank.
  • First Source Bank.
  • Lake City Bank.
  • First Merchants Bank.
A payment drop box is located on the Warren Street side of the Courthouse. Please write your phone number on the check. If you require a receipt, please include a self-address-stamped envelope.  

Pay at the Court House in the Treasurer's office, Room 104, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please enter the Courthouse through the Jefferson Street entrance only.
