Three (3) districts, Four-year (4) term

Candidate must live in one of the precincts listed in district and have resided in the county for at least one (1) year before the election; and have resided in the district in which seeking election, for six (6) months before the election.

All Huntington voters vote on all candidates.

Four (4) districts plus three (3) at-large seats, Four-year (4) term

Candidate must live in one of the precincts listed in district and have resided in the county for at least one (1) year before the election and have resided in the district in which seeking election for at least six (6) months before the election. 

Voters in District vote on Candidate on the ballot - the At-Large Candidates all voters vote countywide.

A candidate for a school board office must have resided in the school corporation for at least one (1) year before the election and the candidate must have resided in the election district for at least one (1) year before the election.
