Understanding Your Benefits

Huntington County Government offers all full-time employees the following benefits:

To enroll in benefits, you need to:

  • Satisfy the New Hire waiting period of 45 days. This applies to new full-time employees.
  • Login to complete your enrollment using Employee Navigator, an online enrollment system. (See HR for login instructions.)
  • Each year employees have the opportunity to make changes to their elections during the annual Open Enrollment period. Changes go into effect February 1st.
