Bring the completed form to the Elections Office at the Huntington County Courthouse, or mail it to:

Voter Registration Requirements
- You must be a citizen of the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years of age by the next General Election.
- You must live in Huntington County.
Not Sure If You're Registered to Vote?
You may verify your registration in any of the following ways:
- Visit www.indianavoters.in.gov
- Call the Voter Registration Office at (260) 358-4820
- Email the Voter Registration Clerk at yvette.runkle@huntington.in.us
Keep Your Voter Registration Up to Date
If you have moved, changed your name, been removed from the poll list, or are a new voter, you can update or submit your registration by:
- Registering or updating online at www.indianavoters.in.gov
- Printing and mailing a Voter Registration Application (VRG-11) to the Clerk’s Office
- Registering at the BMV
- Registering in person at the Clerk’s Office
Note: Voter registration applications cannot be submitted by email or fax.

After your application is processed, you will receive a Voter Acknowledgement Card in the mail. This card is for your records and is not required to vote on Election Day.
Voter Registration Deadline
The deadline to register or update your registration is 28 days before an election. Registrations received after this deadline will not be processed for the upcoming election.
