Assessor's Office Accepting Sealed Bids for Reassessment, Adjustments, Construction

Deadline to Submit Bids is October 17

The Huntington County Assessor is accepting sealed bids for our Cyclical Reassessment, Annual Adjustments and New Construction.

Bid specifications may be obtained in the Huntington County Assessor’s Office at the Huntington County Courthouse, 201 N. Jefferson St., Room 102, Huntington, IN 46750.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Sealed bids must be returned to the Assessor’s Office at the above address by noon on October 17, 2025. Bids will be opened on Monday, October 20, 2025, during the Huntington County Commissioners meeting.
