Protective Orders
Below is information regarding the 'Protective Order' process:
- Protective Order forms to fill out are located in the Small Claims Department, Room 201 in the Courthouse. Please call (260) 358-4850 with any questions.
- You must be 18 years of age to file a Protective Order. If either the petitioner or the respondent is under the age of 18, the protective order must be filed in the parent's name for the minor.
