200 N Construction Continuing to Next Phase

The first of three phases of road construction at 200 N and State Road 9 is being finished up.
Phase 2 will begin tomorrow (Thursday, March 23). Access to Hunter's Ridge and Valley View Mobile Estates will be from the west via Rangeline Road and 500 W during Phase 2.
Phase 3 will start in roughly two weeks, upon the completion of Phase 2. There will be continued lane restrictions on 200 N at that time, but Hunter's Ridge and Valley View will be accessible from SR-9 during the final phase.

Further construction on 200 North will begin Thursday, March 9. This work will consist of three phases.
The first phase will widen 200 North between the entrances to Hunter's Ridge and Valley View Mobile Estates. This section will be closed to traffic during Phase 1. Access to Valley View will be from the west (500 W or Rangeline Road), while access to Hunter's Ridge will be from the east (SR-9).
Once Phase 1 is complete, the City's contractors will move into Phase 2. At that time, 200 N will close between Hunter's Ridge and the gas station's west entrance. Work will also take place on the SR-9 turn lane. Access to Hunter's Ridge and Valley View will be from the west during Phase 2.
We anticipate Phases 1 and 2 to take about two weeks each.
Phase 3 will follow with reconstruction work near the SR-9/200 N intersection. Phase 3 will only require lane restrictions, allowing traffic to access Valley View, Hunter's Ridge and the gas station from SR-9.
The included map shows the approximate locations of all three phases. The scheduled dates are subject to change due to weather or contractor needs.
