Notice of Executive Session of the Huntington County Board of Commissioners

The Huntington County Board of Commissioners (the “Commissioners”) will hold an executive session at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 9, 2026. The session will be held at the Commissioners’ Office located at 201 N. Jefferson St., Room 103A, Huntington, IN 46750.

This executive session is being held pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(I) for “Interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by … a governing body of a political subdivision,” and Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19) “To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.” The executive session is closed to the public under Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-3. A copy of the executive session’s memoranda and minutes shall be recorded and provided to the public pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-4.
