County Notices

The Huntington County Commissioners (the "Commissioners") have canceled the special meeting previously scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting had been intended to consider the determination of the Executive Director of the Huntington County Department of Community Development (the "Director") regarding a pending application for an Improvement Location Permit submitted by Maple Solar, LLC.

The Director is currently consulting with legal counsel to ensure the appropriate course of action with respect to the pending application. Once a final determination has been made, the Commissioners will either convene a special meeting or, if timing permits, address the matter during a regularly scheduled meeting. At that time, citizens will have the opportunity to present questions, comments, or concerns related to the determination.
