After speaking with emergency employees in and around Huntington and Huntington County, the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce made the difficult decision of canceling this year's Christmas in the City. The Chamber does not want to see anyone put in harms' way and encourages everyone to stay home and safe!

For the safety of our residents and all of those involved, we'll also be canceling the tree-lighting ceremony scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday, November 29, at Rotary Centennial Park. At this time, the display will turn on as scheduled at 6 Sunday evening. Thank you for understanding and please stay safe and warm this weekend!
