Police/Incident Reports

*To obtain a copy of a police report or incident report, you must fill out the public records request available at https://www.huntington.in.us/egov/documents/1280927456_667114.pdf

     ***These forms are also available for pickup in our office from Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. ***

*Request for public records must be submitted to our office and will be forwarded to our attorney for approval.

*Upon approval of the attorney, reports are available for pickup in our office during regular business hours.  There is a $10.00 charge per report and you must provide a photo ID. Payments can be made via cash, money order or certified check.

******IF THE REPORT YOU ARE REQUESTING WAS SENT TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE FOR THE REPORT.******
