Total fee: $103.50 includes:

Rental amount:  $50.00 + sales tax = $53.50

Refundable Deposit fee: $50.00

Total due at the time of scheduling - cash or check only

(Room Reservation Form is located in the Fire Department forms section at the left)

Maximum room capacity is 49 people 

Rentals may not be transferred to other dates unless approved by Fire Department Administration

Cancellations must be made 30 days or more before the scheduled event

Reservations may be made up to 1 (one) year to the day in advance

No open flame devices permitted

All amplified music must be played at a level that is not disruptive to nearby residents or Fire Department personnel

No pets allowed

No smoking allowed

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed (Huntington City Ordinance 15-C-94)

Access will be through the front doors only.  The room will be unlocked for you and you will not receive a key

You will not have access to the Firehouse unless previously scheduled


The following will cause forfeiture of security deposit -

ANY evidence of smoking on the premises

ANY evidence of alcoholic beverages on the premises

ANY evidence of open flame devices

ANY trash in the facility or the immediate surrounding area not placed in trash containers or contained by other means

Use of any fastening devices other than tape (including but not limited to staples, tacks, nails, etc.) All tape must be removed

Failure to clean tables and chairs and other appliances, empty trash, run the vacuum, remove leftovers AND the restroom must be clean.  Cleaning supplies are provided

Failure to notify Fire Department Administration of cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days prior to scheduled event
