SPARK Program Director - Temporary, Part-Time
Now Hiring: City of Huntington Seeks Directors for Summer Day Camp
Do you want to work with kids this summer while making a difference in your community? Huntington’s Summer Parks and Recreation for Kids Program (S.P.A.R.K.) is back for 2026! S.P.A.R.K. is a six-week day camp program for kids. In addition to sports and games, day campers will also create art projects and complete challenges.
City Utilities - Seasonal Laborer
The City of Huntington Utilities Department is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. This position provides hands-on experience supporting daily operations and maintenance activities within the department. On-the-job training and tools are provided.
Police Officer
The City of Huntington is accepting resumes for the position of Police Officer. Applications must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. on Friday, April 3, 2026.
- Must be at least 21 and/or be appointed before the age of 40
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Possess a valid Indiana driver’s license
- No felony convictions
- No misdemeanor convictions of domestic violence
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be of good moral character and possess a high degree of honesty and integrity
